On June 15th, MOSAC is introducing 2 NEW Planetarium shows for all ages!
Planetarium tickets can now be reserved ahead of your visit when you purchase general admission online. Select your preferred show and add it to your cart along with your general admission tickets.
Please note: General admission is required to reserve or purchase planetarium tickets.
Members may reserve their first planetarium show online at no charge. Additional shows can be purchased in person during their visit.

Take a journey through space designed especially for our youngest explorers at KidSpace, presented in the MOSAC UC Davis Multiverse Theater. This kid‑friendly solar system experience uses engaging visuals and gentle guidance to introduce early learning concepts while welcoming visitors of all ages to explore together.
What to Expect:
KidSpace offers a visually rich solar system experience created to engage early learners through observation and shared discovery. Children are encouraged to watch, point, and respond to space imagery that highlights colors, shapes, and simple spatial relationships, supporting early cognitive development in an age‑appropriate way.
While the content is intentionally designed with young children in mind, KidSpace is open and inviting for all ages, making it an ideal experience for families, caregivers, and siblings to enjoy together. The pacing and short format allow kids to stay engaged, while adults can share in moments of curiosity and wonder.
KidSpace creates a welcoming introduction to astronomy, one that builds confidence, sparks interest, and reminds visitors that when it comes to exploring space, all ages orbit here.
