FAQS

Will I need to bring anything specific, like my ID or credit card information for bidding?

Guests will need to supply a credit card upon entry to the event to bid for auction items. Guests who wish to make a one-time donation or purchase items such as wine bottles, drink vouchers, MOSAC memberships, etc. and do not wish to participate in the live auction may pay on demand without having a card on file.

Can I place a bid remotely, or do I have to be there in person to participate?

No online bidding is available. The live auction and fund-a-need activities will occur in –person only. If you wish to donate remotely, you can do so by visiting the donation page to give a gift to MOSAC: HERE

What is the process for collecting auction winnings after the event?

Before leaving the building, you will be checked out by event staff at a designated checkout table. Staff will verbally confirm purchases and arrange payment with your provided credit card information. Physical winnings will be given to you after payment is made. For experience packages, you will be contacted by a MOSAC staff member following the event to coordinate details of your winnings.

Will I be given a bidding paddle or another form of identifier when I arrive?

If you are participating in the live auction, event staff will give you a numbered program booklet at the check in table. Your program is your paddle. Please be sure to keep your program safe and accessible so it can be used during the live auction.
