Planetarium Programs + Full Day Exhibits Access

Take your students on a journey through space with a live, immersive planetarium experience! Each show is led by a MOSAC Curiosity Collaborator and aligned to NGSS standards, combining stunning visuals with dynamic storytelling to explore Earth, the solar system, and beyond. Your visit includes full-day exhibit halls access, so students can continue their exploration both before and after their scheduled activity.

Take a guided tour of the night sky and beyond! This engaging, exploratory show introduces students to stars, constellations, and the planets of our Solar System before zooming out of the Milky Way to see the billions of galaxies that make up our Universe.

Explore how the sky changes from day to night and season to season. Students will discover the cycles of the Sun, Moon, and stars—including daily, monthly, and yearly patterns—and learn how these changes help us mark time on Earth.

What makes Earth so special? In this program, students will board an extraterrestrial spacecraft and journey to our Solar System searching for life. Along the way we’ll investigate planets and moons looking for places that might support life. In the end, we discover the conditions that make Earth a dynamic, life-sustaining world. It’s an exciting, visual way to explore planetary systems and habitability.

In this program, we start from the beginning – the Big Bang – and explore the formation of stars, the fusion of elements, the building of planetary systems, and the conditions necessary for life as we know it. It’s a rollicking science story that combines cosmology, astrophysics, planetary science, chemistry, and biology to give students a new perspective on the universe and our place in it.
