MOSAC Inspire Scholarship Application for Pre-K-12 Field Trips

Scholarship Process

  • The scholarship application linked below is the beginning of your process
  • MOSAC will reach out in email to let you know if you have received a scholarship and can begin booking
  • Once notified, the next step will be to fill out our booking form to book your visit, at which time dates and programs will be identified
  • You will work with a MOSAC Scheduler to find a date and time that works for your visit. If this is not possible, your funds will be offered to another school. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive an e-mail response from our scheduler.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Scholarships will be awarded on a 1st come 1st serve basis
  • 1 grade level (all classes within) can be awarded a scholarship per school site annually
  • For the 2026-2027 school year, only Sacramento County Title 1 schools are eligible
  • Awarded scholarships are dependent on mutually available dates in the next step
  • Scholarships are offered for field trips in August, September, October, November, and January, depending on Museum availability
  • Scholarship funds cannot be used retroactively on field trips which have already been booked
