Due to a high volume of field trip requests from our interest list, response times will be slower, and we cannot hold dates. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • All inquiries must begin with our inquiry form (scroll below)
  • We will contact you in the order these are received to finalize your booking process
  • Dates are not guaranteed until we finalize your booking and an invoice is issued
  • Please refer to our payment timelines in the FAQ linked at the top of the page (page 3 of the FAQ)
  • Make sure you have the following information ready to submit your inquiry: number of classes and number of students per class, all teacher names and emails, school name and address, top 2 preferred programs and dates
  • Please note, MOSAC only offers programs within the age bands listed. There is a quick reference on the 2nd page of our offering sheet
